CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
1. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Season. Mid-week & long Weekends are accepted when available. The Chalet-Bungalow will be available from 2pm on the day of Arrival, and must be Vacated by 10.00am on day of Departure.
2. A Deposit of £65.00 per week secures a Chalet-Bungalow for the Holiday period you require. The balance is due 4 Weeks before your Holiday begins. No Reminders will be sent, if booking late please send Full Amount. Please make all cheques payable to “WESTWARD RISE HOLIDAY PARK” .
3. When you book your holiday either by writing or telephone you are entering a legally binding contract. If you then wish to cancel your holiday you are still liable for the full amount of that holiday provided your accommodation has not been re-let. To alleviate this worry, we have arranged insurance cover to protect ourselves if you have to cancel booking or curtail your holiday. Subject to the circumstances falling within the terms of the insurance we have arranged for our protection, we would ourselves be able to refund certain costs incurred by you in connection with the holiday. Otherwise refunds would be at our discretion. Please remember that the insurance is for our protection and the insurer will not indemnify you.

4. Persons hiring Chalet-Bungalow shall be exactly as stated on the Booking Form. A £5 Administration charge will be incurred for any alterations to a booking once it has been received.
5. Booking Forms must be signed by Adults over 18 years of age.
6. The Management reserves the right to decline accommodation or expel any visitors for conduct detrimental to the Holiday Park without compensation.
7. No single sex parties will be allowed accommodation , without prior consent at our discretion.
8. The total number of people in your party including infants must not exceed (6).
9. A Maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed depending on size & only if kept on a lead while on the Holiday Park , are kept off beds and furniture, and must NOT be left unattended in the Chalet-Bungalow. Also please do not let your dog foul the Park.
10. Any damage to the Chalet-Bungalow or equipment should be reported to reception at once and replaced or repaired to their satisfaction before leaving. We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property to maintain either the Chalet-Bungalow itself or any equipment therein, at any reasonable time but without notice, whether the Chalet-Bungalow is occupied or not.
11. Continental Quilts , Bed Linen , Pillows , Blankets & Tea Towels are provided in all Chalet-Bungalows. On no account are they to be used outside the Chalet-Bungalow or for Dog use. Please note , bedding is not provided for Travel Cots.
12. Electric is by £1.00 coin slot meters.
13. Cars are parked at the Risk of the Owners. Owners are asked to park their cars in the designated car parks, with the exception of loading & unloading. Cost of accommodation includes parking for one vehicle per unit. A charge of £2.00 per day will be made per extra vehicle. The extra vehicle must be parked in the large car park.
14. It is an express condition of our acceptance of any booking that if for any reason (e.g. accident during previous hire or other cause beyond our control ) it should be necessary for us to cancel your booking , we have the right to do so and to refund any payments received in complete and final discharge of all liability on our part.
15. The Park Owner’s cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party or vehicles whilst on the Park.
16. All charges shown are INCLUSIVE of any taxation.
17. Please note, Some Local Attractions advertised in our brochure & web site are seasonal and will not be available during the winter months.
